Please sign-in at the front desk upon arrival. The front desk staff will verify your personal information and give you any forms necessary for your visit.

We know your time is valuable and we’ll make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. In the event of emergencies, complications, and other unforeseen issues, there may be unexpected delays.

Once you’re in an exam room, Sondra's assistant will ask you some preliminary questions. If Sondra is delayed, the assistant will keep you updated.

Depending on the nature and complexity of the client's state of health as well as personal needs and preferences, the techniques in coaching may vary. Please understand Sondra is not a counselor or therapist. Sondra's goal is to understand where you are at right now in order to get you to where you want to be in your life mind, body and spirit.

This practice does not accept insurance at this time. Please have your payment ready at the time of your appointment in cash or check form. *We will soon be accepting credit cards. You will be notified as we make adjustments and advancements in our new practice.

Please try to schedule all routine appointments as far in advance as possible. If Sondra does not have an appointment convenient to your schedule, we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your schedule and get you in as soon as possible.

We will offer a variety of supplements, all- natural soaps and balms, ph testing, bio-freeze, essential oils, herbal remedies. If you need to speak with Sondra between visits, please allow up to 24 hours for your non-urgent calls to be returned.
